Metroid fans, you’ve got new icons to chase. Nintendo just added Super Metroid and Metroid Fusion icons to the Switch Online + Expansion Pack rewards lineup. The new icons feature classic Samus poses and are available for a limited time through the missions and rewards system.
Unlockable Metroid Rewards
If you’re subscribed to the NSO Expansion Pack, you can now use Platinum Points to grab Metroid-themed profile icons from both Super Metroid (SNES) and Metroid Fusion (GBA). The icons are tied to each game’s NSO app and will rotate weekly, so check the “Missions & Rewards” section for your next chance to grab your favorite suit.
